- 3 / 5By Mark WordenIt's always too noisy in Chipotle. If you ask for a quarter spoon of beans you get a full spoon. If you ask for light beans you get a full spoon. I don't think the employees behind the counter can hear the customers order. They will respond to pointing and you must be prepared to accept whatever quantity they give you. We have had some issues with them and about half the time they are settled in a positive manner.April 21, 2017

They only have one cash register and that slows things down a lot.
They could make a lot more money by adding a register. I've seen it in every Chiptole I've been to over the years. I have walked out of Chiptole because the line was long and the one cash register cant handle the volume.October 30, 2016
